It's that time of the year again for HES Ski & Ride Program Sign Up Night!

PLEASE PASS THIS INFORMATION ON TO EVERYONE YOU KNOW AT HARDWICK ELEMENTARY, LAKEVIEW ELEMENTARY & WOODBURY ELEMENTARY; GRADES K-6; TO GET THE INFORMATION OUT TO AS MANY AS POSSIBLE!  THANK YOU!

Hello everyone~  HES Ski & Ride Program sign up night is this coming Wednesday, October 25th 5:00pm - 6:30pm at Hardwick Elementary School Art Room.  We truly apologize for the short notice, however we are just receiving the information from Stowe Mountain and we need to have the sign ups back to them by October 27th.  This does not give us much time at all, so we appreciate your understanding and your promptness to get your kids signed up.

If you are not able to make it Wednesday night, private message me your email address and I will email you the sign up forms that you can print, fill out each form to its entirety and return to me with payment (checks payable to Friends of HES) at Choice Real Estate located at 163 Wolcott Street, Hardwick.

We are waiting for more information from Stowe on how things will work with our coach volunteers.  We have heard that there are a few changes to the program but wanted to verify the information with Stowe prior to passing it on to you.  We will be taking coach applications on sign up night as well and will hopefully have all the information by then, if not before

Sincerely,
Brenda Menard
