It's that time of the year again for HES Ski & Ride Program Sign Up Night!

Hello everyone~  HES Ski & Ride Program sign up night is this coming Wednesday, October 25th 5:00pm - 6:30pm at Hardwick Elementary School Art Room.  We truly apologize for the short notice, however we are just receiving the information from Stowe Mountain and we need to have the sign ups back to them by October 27th.  This does not give us much time at all, so we appreciate your understanding and your promptness to get your kids signed up.

If you are not able to make it Wednesday night, private message me your email address and I will email you the sign up forms that you can print, fill out each form to its entirety and return to me with payment (checks payable to Friends of HES) at Choice Real Estate located at 163 Wolcott Street, Hardwick.

We are waiting for more information from Stowe on how things will work with our coach volunteers.  We have heard that there are a few changes to the program but wanted to verify the information with Stowe prior to passing it on to you.  We will be taking coach applications on sign up night as well and will hopefully have all the information by then, if not before

HES Ski & Ride Program 2017/2018

Ski & Ride Season is coming right up and we are happy to offer this program for our students for the 7th year! Our goal is to provide students an opportunity to experience the exciting sport of skiing or riding in a controlled environment. We believe that skiing and riding as part of a group encourages good exercise and the development of healthy relationships between students, coaches and parents. All participants should remember this is a school function and all school rules apply along with consequences when the rules are not met.

* There will be NO BUSING to keep the cost affordable for everyone.

* HELMETS ARE MANDATORY to participate in our program.

* Same as previous years, our bobcats will be on the mountain for 10 Program Sundays on the dates listed below (weather & conditions permitting). They will be assigned to coaches based on the student's ability level. The ski/ride time is from 1:00PM to 4:00PM.

Think about buying some for yourself to use at the grocery store or gas station and, of course, they make great gifts! There is no extra cost for you. The gift card you buy has the value as the price you pay. See any student or get an order form at the main office.
